Envirosmart Solution is seeking an experienced and confident In-Home Sales Representative to support our exciting growth journey. As a key player in our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence. Industry experience is not required - we value your passion, drive, and determination above all else.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Meeting with warm and confirmed homeowners in the Seattle-Tacoma area to discuss energy-efficient home improvement solutions, including insulation, ventilation, HVAC, Electrical and more. We offer a comprehensive range of services and products to ensure we secure each job with the best solutions available.
• Performing inspections, providing estimates, handling objections (both verbal and written), following up with customers, and ultimately closing sales.
• Negotiating pricing to ensure a win-win for both customers and the company.

What We Offer:

• Qualified, confirmed leads, and scheduled appointments provided by our dedicated marketing department. All you need to focus on is selling.
• Comprehensive support, including a company smartphone, a well-equipped company vehicle, all necessary tools and materials, and training resources to help you succeed.
• Lucrative uncapped commission structure with bonuses. Our Sales Consultants average $10,000 - $20,000 per month, and exceptional performers have earned as much as $30,000 in a single month in commissions.
• Paid Training - We invest in your success and provide training pay for the first two weeks to get you started on the right foot.

Requirements:

• Strong presentation skills combined with enthusiasm and a passion for sales.
• A team player with a competitive spirit, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Valid Driver's License and at least 21 years of age.
• Previous sales experience is required, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
• Ability to be courteous, respectful, and polite with customers at all times.
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional out-of-town travel as needed.

Nice to Have: Experience in the HVAC & Home construction or retrofit construction industries is preferred, though not mandatory.

Salary & Compensation:

• A highly competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $300,000 per year, reflecting your sales acumen and performance.
• Job Type: Full-time with commission-based incentives.
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and some holidays.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
